For the past 20 years we have been providing Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) counselling, training, supervision and certifying mental health clinicians all around the world. What we came to learn in our experience was that IPT is really the best kept secret in psychology.

In its basic form, IPT is a short term, 8-12 week, research based model of therapy, developed for treatment of depression. It is highly recommended in treatment guidelines and has shown equal effectiveness to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). IPT works by helping people evaluate how depression might have been triggered and sustained by events in their relationships. Moreover, by learning to engage in meaningful, constructive relationships, symptoms of depression will improve and so will your relationships!

In our efforts to share IPT with you, we have written a book that will be released by New World Library in November, but it is available for preorder now (see links below). “Feeling Better-Beat Depression and Improve Relationships with Interpersonal Psychotherapy” offers you a step by step guide to develop those wonderful relationships, reduce stress in your life and Feel Better.
